The Directorate of Technical Education, Porvorim, will conduct the Goa NEET Counselling 2024 for admission to MBBS and BDS programs in the state's medical and dental colleges. Candidates who have qualified NEET 2024 must participate in the counseling process. Admissions are granted based on NEET scores and ranks under the 85% state quota as specified by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).

The Goa NEET Counselling 2024 will consist of two rounds for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses. After each round, the merit list of selected candidates will be published on the official website, dte.goa.gov.in. The online registration for Goa NEET Counselling 2024 is expected to begin in July 2024, offering approximately 230 MBBS and BDS seats across various participating colleges.

Goa NEET Counselling Eligibility Criteria 2024

Domicile Requirement:

• Candidates must be domiciled in Goa or have resided in the state for the last ten years.

Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passed class 10th and 12th exams from a recognized institution.
• Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as compulsory subjects.
• For the General category, candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in these subjects.
• For SC/ST/OBC categories, the required marks are 45%.

NEET Qualification:

• Candidates must have qualified for the NEET 2024 exam with a high score.

Age Requirement:

• The minimum age for candidates willing to appear in the NEET exam is 17 years.

Goa NEET Counselling Application process for 2024:

1. Visit the Website:

   • Go to dte.goa.gov.in.

2. Access the Form:

   • Click on "Goa MBBS Counselling Application Form."

3. Register:

   • Enter your name, NEET UG roll number, and email ID. Generate login credentials.

4. Validate Email:

   • Check your email for a validation link and click on it.

5. Log In and Fill Details:

   • Enter personal, academic, and contact details: Name, Date of Birth, NEET UG scores, etc.

6. Choose Courses:

   • Select your preferred courses (MBBS, BDS, etc.).

7. Upload Documents:

   • Upload required documents (photo, signature, NEET scorecard, etc.).

8. Pay Fee:
