Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is responsible for the admissions of Bihar PG medical courses. These professional medical courses include access to MD/MS and PG Diploma courses. The counseling committee will make the admission of Bihar PG 2023 medical seats based on the NEET PG 2023 score.  BCECEB has released the Round-2 revised schedule. Candidates will be admitted into various private and government medical colleges in Bihar. It provides entry to different Government / private medical colleges in the State Medical University of Bihar as per NEET PG ranking score or marks

Eligibility Criteria

Document Required

Qualified NEET-PG 2023 conducted by NBE (National Board of Examination) are eligible and participate in the Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2023. Among the sequence of events of NEET-PG Counselling 2023 conducted by BCECE, Patna, the last event is to report to the college before the later date of admission. 

• Residential Certificate.
• Caste Certificate.
• Certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
• College leaving certificate.
• Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate
• MBBS Passing Certificate
• Mark sheets of MBBS (I, II & III Parts).
• No objection certificate from the employer.
• Medical Registration Certificate.
• Original Matric Certificate.
• Aadhar Card. Admit Card of NEET(PG).
• Certificate of rendering service in Rural / Difficult areas of Bihar as Medical officer as per para-5.4 of the Prospectus of PGMAC-2023
• Original Certificate issued by proper authority for ‘In-service Doctor regularly working in Govt. of Bihar’ (If required).
• Original DQ Certificate [As per para-7(B) of the prospectus] (If required).
• Rank Card of PGMAC-2023
• Hard Copy of the previously filled application form (Part-A and Part-B) of PGMAC-2023
• The Check Slip 2 copy is downloaded along with Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.
• Any other certificates supporting the eligibility are mentioned in the prospectus of PGMAC (MD/ MS/ PGD/ DNB)-2023 (Available on the website).

Candidates who wish to participate in the BIHAR NEET-PG Counselling process look over the important dates.

How to apply

• A link of the Bihar PG 2023 application form will be available on this page. Candidates will be able to fill it by clicking on it as and when available.
• Candidates need to register themselves by entering their basic details such as name, NEET PG roll number, date of birth, email ID, contact number, etc.
• After the account is activated, candidates will have to sign in again and fill in their personal information.
• Candidates will then have to upload their signature and photograph according to the specifications given on Bihar PG medical application form 2023
• After uploading the photograph, candidates will have to fll in their educational details.
• Now, all the filled details will be previewed on the screen. Candidates must check the details ensuring all are correct.
• In the next step, candidates will have to pay Bihar PG medical 2023 application fee. Candidates will have to pay Rs. 2200 only irrespective of the categories.
• Candidates will not have to download and take printouts of filled Bihar PG medical application form 2023 for counselling.
